LEADER of the year
Criteria: Embodies both his profession and the EPSA Group, is exemplary in his posture, has the confidence of his team and is committed to the development of the business and his employees.
Rising Star of the year
Criteria: Less than one year with the company and already an outstanding performance.
Business Developer of the Year
Criteria: This applies only to sales functions that have met or exceeded their objectives for the year, and have shown remarkable commitment.
Delivery performer of the year
Criteria: Only for delivery professions (consultants, corporate functions, experts) who have met or exceeded their objectives for the year, and who have demonstrated outstanding commitment.
People developer of the year
Criteria: Manages a minimum of 4 people and has demonstrated outstanding management qualities.
TEAM OF THE YEAR
Criteria: Composed of at least 5 people, the team must have made a significant impact through an outstanding project, achievement or result.
